It’s Getting Closer

Just a little pre-Thanksgiving turkey to whet your appetite for the big day.  In case you hadn’t figured it out, I love Thanksgiving!!  I’m looking forward to the big day this week with much anticipation.  We will be spending the day with family and friends.  I always associate Thanksgiving with a big crowd of people.  When I was growing up there were always lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins around, and that’s how I remember the day.  In recent years I’ve missed this big hoopla with all its noise and excitement.  I’m hoping the big crowd will help us not to miss the kids quite as much.  I know they’ll be having a good time with their big sisters, their nieces and nephews, and their dad.
