Each time I’ve sat at my computer today I’ve wanted to add a post to my blog. But I didn’t know what to post about. Then I read my e-mail. This essay so eloquently says what I’ve been feeling for days that I had to share it with others. I hope you’ll take time to read it.

Thank you so much for posting the Spoon Theory. I had never read that before and it helped me understand a health issue a friend of mine is going through. The article is correct, those of us who are healthy take our gift for granted. We feel bad for those we know who are ill, we try to help out where we can, but we never truly understand what it is like for them. The Spoon Theory gives a little more insight, but I think one would never truly know what it is like to count spoons until they have to. My prayers are with you. Thanks for stopping by Cricket’s Hearth, it was good to hear from you again.

I loved reading this. What a great analogy to use for people to understand better.
Hope you’re feeling better.
